Step - 1
Database, network referrals, social advertising, job portals, recruitment drives.
Step - 2
Face to face interview with our Assessors to ascertain suitability for a job. English language test (where applicable) - speaking, reading & writing.
Step - 3
Required medical test is to be completed by the selected candidates.
Step - 4
Upon selection and passing the medical test, our Documentation Control Team will collect all relevant documents and initial payment to begin processing of the visa.
Step - 5
Prior to departure all candidates must attend a briefing at our nearest office. Depending on the role selected for, candidates have to undergo job specific training.
Step - 6
Visa and Emigration
After receiving a visa, emigration clearance will be initiated, if required. Visa will be checked and preparation will be made for departure.
Step - 7
After receipt of visa and all formalities have been completed, we will book a ticket for the candidate from his / her nearest airport to final job location.
