Step - 1
Database, network referrals, social advertising, job portals, recruitment drives.
Step - 2
Face to face interview with our Assessors to ascertain suitability for job. English language test (where applicable) - speaking, reading & writing.
Step - 3
Upon final selection, our Documentation Control Team will collect all paperwork for visa processing and onboarding.
Step - 4
Training / Briefing
Prior to departure all candidates must attend briefing at our nearest office. Depending on role, candidates have to undergo job specific training.
Step - 5
Visa and Emigration
After receiving visa, emigration clearance will be initiated, if required. Necessary medical tests to be completed by the candidate.
Step - 6
After receipt of visa and all formalities have been completed, we will book a ticket for the candidate from his / her nearest airport to final job location.
