We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, Warehouse Workers to join Hospitality division. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to loading and unloading goods, quality checks, storage management, and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures. This position is based in Dubai with the relevant experience.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling and proper documentation.
- Verify the quantity and condition of received goods, reporting any discrepancies.
- Safely move and store goods within the warehouse, using manual or mechanical equipment as required.
- Label goods accurately and allocate appropriate storage space.
- Re-stack and relocate goods to optimize warehouse space for incoming deliveries.
- Maintain organized records of goods, including their location and quantity, using computerized systems.
- Pick items from the inventory as per orders and prepare dispatch notes and labels.
- Assemble and stack goods for efficient delivery, using both manual labor and machinery.
- Strictly adhere to security protocols and health & safety guidelines.
- Keep the warehouse clean and orderly, disposing of packing materials and debris.
- Utilize scanning devices and other technology to track and record goods movements.
Skill and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (EPT Level 2)
- Proficiency in operating scanning devices.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate inventory management.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure error-free processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Prior experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with computerized inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Age around 39 years.
