Job Summary:
We are recruiting for Waiter/Waitress positions for prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch service in our dining establishments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and ensure their prompt and accurate delivery.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Table Setup: Prepare tables with attention to detail, ensuring they are clean, properly set, and in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
- Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and care, adhering to service standards and etiquette.
- Upselling: Promote additional menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Billing and Payments: Accurately handle guest bills, process payments, and provide change as necessary.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for the next guests.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end dining establishment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

- Salary: AED 1000
- Food: 2 times duty meals
- Overtime: As per labor law
- Working Hours: Nine (9) hours per day, exclusive of one (1) hour break
