Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Customer Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• 2. Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and ensure their prompt and accurate delivery.
• 3. Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• 4. Table Setup: Prepare tables with attention to detail, ensuring they are clean, properly set, and in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
• 5. Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and care, adhering to service standards and etiquette.
• 6. Upselling: Promote additional menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• 7. Billing and Payments: Accurately handle guest bills, process payments, and provide change as necessary.
• 8. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for the next guests.
• 9. Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless and efficient service.
