Company: A leading semi-government company based out in Dubai is looking to hire Traffic Marshal.

Purpose:

The Traffic Marshal will be responsible for effectively managing the traffic operations by monitoring the entry and exit of vehicles to and from the Car Park.

Job Description:

• Maximizing parking space: Assisting and guiding vehicle parking to optimize the utilization of available space.
• Assisting clients and visitors: Providing proper assistance and guidance to clients or visitors in distress or in need of any other support.
• Ensuring car park appearance: Monitoring the overall appearance of the car park and taking necessary actions to achieve and maintain standards.
• Monitoring vehicle entry and exit: Keeping a close watch on the entry and exit of vehicles to and from the car park.
• Reporting irregularities: Being vigilant and promptly reporting any irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, security doors left unlocked, or any unauthorized presence.
• Communication and collaboration: Maintaining good communication with the supervisor and car park staff to resolve outstanding issues and contribute to effective operations.
• Customer service: Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with all clients and visitors.
• Security and safety: Reporting any suspicious events in the car park to the manager or supervisor. Also, providing escort services and assistance to customers, staff, and other individuals.
• Rule enforcement: Warning violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles, in a polite manner.

Benefits and other criteria:

• Salary: AED 1450
• Overtime: As per UAE labor law.
• Working Hours: Nine (9) hours exclusive of one (1) hour break.
• Accommodation and Transport: Provided by the company.
• Airtickets: One-way air ticket to Dubai will be provided. Two-way ticket will be provided postcompletion of 2 years.
• Annual Leaves: 30 days of paid annual leaves as per UAE labor law.
