Job Title: Server

Salary: €5.40 per hour (€11,232 gross per year)
Duty Hours: 40 hours/5 days (anything extra will be considered overtime and will be calculated at 1.5)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Server to join our team in Phoenicia Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our guests while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and explain menu items to guests
- Take orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Monitor guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and take appropriate action to correct any issues
- Provide recommendations to guests on food and beverage options
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required
- Any other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in hotel management
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
- ECNR passport
- Age between 22-35 years
