Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, and Bars) sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alcohol distribution and sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets, launching new brands, and managing a sales team.
Job Description & Requirements:
- Experience Level: A minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience within the Alcohol Industry, with a focus on distribution to Shops, Bars, Hotels, and Restaurants. Profound knowledge of Wines & Spirits and relevant channels.
- HORECA Expertise: Extensive knowledge of listing and sales strategies within the HORECA channel. Demonstrated commercial experience, preferably within the Alcoholic Beverages sector.
- Brand Launch & Promotion: Proven experience in successfully launching new brands in the market and executing effective promotional campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English with strong written communication skills for professional client correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Africa Experience: Preference for candidates with prior work experience in a similar field within Africa.
- Team Management: Previous experience in managing junior sales teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Oversight: Supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to assigned sales routes and achieve their targets.
- Market Visibility: Ensure point-of-sale materials and product visibility in the market.
- Promotional Activities: Propose, implement, and monitor promotional activities to drive sales in the market.
- Sales Operations: Collaborate with the Head of Department to manage daily sales operations, including target achievement, sales plans, and promotion strategies.
- Account Development: Utilize sales tools such as sampling, competitions, and menu listings to grow existing accounts and establish new ones.
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate with marketing design managers to execute brand strategies effectively in the market.
- Customer Management: Maintain relationships with customers and manage payment follow-ups.

- Salary: USD 1000
- Overtime: As per UAE labor law.
- Local Food Allowance: USD 160 per month
- Working Hours: Nine (9) hours exclusive of one (1) hour break.
- Accommodation and Transport: Provided by the company.
- Airtickets: One-way air ticket to Dubai will be provided. A two-way ticket will be provided post completion of 2 years.
- Annual Leaves: Air ticket once every 2 years by company.
