Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a prominent player in the cement manufacturing industry, who is actively seeking for an experienced Instrument Technician. If you possess an ITI or Diploma in Instrumentation and Automation, along with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience, we invite you to apply for this opportunity to make a significant impact in their operations. This position is based in Dubai and is open to ITI or diploma holders with the relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Calibration: Execute routine and breakdown maintenance, including fault finding, repairs, and calibration, of plant instrumentation and automation installations. This includes equipment such as Gas Analyzers, Weigh-feeders, Pneumatic equipment, and DCS (Distributed Control System).
• Instrumentation Expertise: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and rectify issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.
• Spare Parts and Project Testing: Conduct spare parts testing, project cable and field testing, and perform repairs and reconditioning jobs in the workshop as required.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of instrumentation and automation systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the cement manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in Instrumentation and Automation.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the cement industry.
• Proven expertise in routine maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and calibration of instrumentation and automation equipment.
• Familiarity with Gas Analyzers, Weigh-feeders, Pneuma􀆟c equipment, and DCS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform spare parts testing and repairs.
• Previous experience working in cement manufacturing factories is essential.
