Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a prominent player in the cement manufacturing industry, who is actively seeking for a skilled Fitter and 4. Millwright Fitter. If you have hands-on experience in the maintenance of various conveyors, equipment, and possess knowledge of bulk vulcanizing skills, we invite you to apply for this role. This position is based in Dubai and is open to ITI or diploma holders with the relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conveyor Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of conveyors, including chain conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and screw conveyors, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Demonstrate expertise in the maintenance of essential equipment used in the cement manufacturing industry, such as rotary packers, bag filters, reciprocating compressors, screw compressors, and air compressors of various sizes.
- Bulk Vulcanizing Skills: Knowledge of bulk vulcanizing skills will be considered an added advantage, contributing to the reliability of conveyor systems.
- Millwright Fitter: Millwright Fitters with experience working in cement plants will be given preference due to their specialized skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- ITI in Fitter trade.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Cement Manufacturing Industry.
- Proficiency in conveyor maintenance and equipment repair.
- Knowledge of bulk vulcanizing skills (an advantage).
- Previous experience working in cement manufacturing factories is essential.
- Age around 35 years.
