Job Summary
MMPL Global, a manpower recruitment agency, is hiring skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) Garde Manger to join a prestigious 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible to prepare and execute cold food items, including salads, appetizers, and cold sauces, and assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Garde Manger station, as per the standards of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute cold food items, including salads, appetizers, and cold sauces.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Garde Manger station.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food products in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Uphold high standards of presentation and quality for all dishes leaving the Garde Manger station.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior kitchen staff as necessary.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Skills and Qualifications:

Employment Type: Full Time
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Benefits and other criteria:
- Total Salary: AED 3420
- Basic Salary: AED 2000
- Food Allowance: AED 520
- House Rent Allowance(HRA) – AED 700
- Transportation Allowance – AED 100
- Utility Allowance – AED 100
- Hours Duty – 9 hours duty + 1-hour break
- Annual Leaves –As per company policy
- Age – Must be between 21 to 35 years
