Job Summary
MMPL Global, a manpower recruitment agency, is hiring skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join a prestigious 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards set by the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily culinary operations.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Ensure all food products are handled, stored, prepared, and served safely and in accordance with hygiene regulations.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in menu development, costing, and implementation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant role in a reputable establishment.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting a variety of cuisines, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative flair and passion for food.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Benefits and other criteria:
- Total Salary: AED 3020
- Basic Salary: AED 2500
- Food Allowance: AED 520
- Accommodation – Provided by the company
- Transportation Provided by the company
- Hours Duty – 9 hours duty + 1-hour break
- Annual Leaves: As per company policy
- Age: Must be between 21 to 39 years
