Job Summary:
We are recruiting for experienced Assembly Technicians For a manufacturing industry work in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in threaded and flanged pipe assembly, pipe insulation, and leak testing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pipe Assembly: Assemble threaded and flanged pipes according to specifications and industry standards.
- Pipe Insulation: Apply insulation materials to pipes as required to maintain temperature and prevent condensation.
- Leak Testing: Conduct leak tests to ensure the integrity and safety of assembled pipes.
- Quality Control: Inspect assembled pipes for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of tools and equipment used in assembly and testing.
- Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in threaded and flanged pipe assembly, pipe insulation, and leak testing.
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Salary: AED 1200 – 1600 depending on qualifications and experience.
