Job Summary
We are recruiting for experienced Assembly Supervisor to oversee and coordinate assembly activities related to enclosures, skids with piping, and architectural works, including wooden flooring, false walls, and ceilings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in assembly processes and the ability to lead a team effectively. This position is based in Dubai and is open to ITI or diploma holders with the relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Direct and supervise the assembly team in the daily assembly operations, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in the assembly processes, ensuring that all products meet specifications and requirements.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to meet production targets.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to assembly team members, ensuring their skills and knowledge are up to date.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, order necessary materials, and maintain adequate stock for assembly processes.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve assembly-related issues and challenges, troubleshooting any problems that may arise during production.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including work orders, production reports, and quality control documents.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in the assembly department.

Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in a relevant field
• Proven experience in assembly operations, particularly in the assembly of enclosures, skids with piping, and architectural works (wooden flooring, false walls, and ceilings)
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
