Job Summary
MMPL Global, a manpower recruitment agency is hiring for an experienced Production Floor Supervisor with strong expertise in interior fit-out and finishing to oversee factory production, the Production Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily factory production in modular construction, with a strong focus on interior fit-out and finishing. This role ensures high-quality finishing standards and may involve occasional site coordination to support final installation and fit-out phases.

Job Responsibilities:

Production Supervision:

• Oversee daily factory production, ensuring tasks meet specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain high-quality finishing standards, including painting, joinery, and MEP integration.
• Allocate resources, monitor workflows, and promptly resolve production issues.

Quality Control:

• Inspect units during post-production to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Implement quality protocols to ensure defect-free outputs.

Site Coordination (Occasional):

• Support final installation and fit-out phases on-site as needed.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor production staff to maintain accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with factory managers and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements::

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in the interior fit-out industry, with a focus on finishing work.
• Previous experience supervising production teams.

Skills:

• Expertise in finishing techniques (painting, joinery, MEP integration).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic site coordination knowledge is a plus.

Education:

• Diploma or certification in construction, fit-out, or a related field preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in finishing work.

Benefits and other criteria:

• Salary: AED 3000-3500 / month
• Working Hours: 8+1 hours/day
