Job Summary
MMPL Global, a manpower recruitment agency is hiring for skilled Painters to join one of our clients in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have extensive experience in painting, possess strong technical skills, and be proficient in using Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, and other finishes.
- Perform routine inspections and touch-ups as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Utilize CAFM software for tracking maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Qualification:Painter certification/license required
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a painter, with at least 2 years in a UAE Facility Management Company.
- Skills: Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Passport Requirement: ECNR passport holders only.
- Additional Documents: PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) or other documents required for visa processing.
Benefits and other criteria:
- Salary: AED 1800 – 2600 per month
- Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable)
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day
- Working Days: 26 days per month
- Accommodation and Transport: Provided by the company.
