Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, skilled Machine Operators to join FMCG industry. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the operations, particularly in the FMCG industry, with a focus on food packaging. Ideal candidates will have experience in food manufacturing companies such as Unilever and Nestle. This position is based in Dubai with the relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machines used in the packaging of food products, such as chips, coffee, sugar, biscuits, etc.
  • Quality Control: Continually monitor machine operation to ensure accurate product measurements are maintained. Make minor adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
  • Technical Support: Call maintenance or set up technicians as needed. Assist set-up technicians in pre-maker-ready activities.
  • Production Efficiency: Maintain standard production rates, minimize waste, and ensure all customer requirements are met.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation and reports related to machine operations.
  • Setup and Rewinding: Set up and adjust rewinders, remove product from rewind machine, and box for shipping.
  • Scrap Management: Weigh scrap from the run and separate it into bins for proper disposal.
  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in machine operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve overall operational goals.

Skill and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (EPT Level 2)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Age around 39 years.
