Job Summary
MMPL Global, a manpower recruitment agency is hiring for skilled Electricians to join one of our clients in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in facility management, possess strong technical skills, and be proficient in using Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Utilize CAFM software for tracking maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Qualification: Completion of a formal apprenticeship and a valid electrician’s certification/license.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a Facility Management Company.
• Skills: Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Passport Requirement: ECNR passport holders only.
• Additional Documents: PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) or other documents required for visa processing.

Benefits and other criteria:

• Salary: AED 1800 – 2600 per month
• Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable)
• Working Hours: 9 hours/day
• Working Days: 26 days per month
• Accommodation and Transport: Provided by the company.

• Age: Up to 44 years.
• Annual Leaves: As per company policy
